Our General Nutrition Package
01 — Nutrition Tailored To You
We find out a little more about you via the information given in our consultation process. Allergies, food dislikes/likes/LOVES, current level of fitness, current eating level and even limitations when it comes to food allowance or if family needs to be considered.
We build you a plan custom made for you based on your answers and personal goals. We will work with you to build the most effective plan while also taking into account your personal limits of realistic progression to ensure we achieve the results we want.
We tweak and update your plan on a weekly basis to ensure we are always moving in the right direction.
Every meal in your plan will have multiple options to ensure you are ENJOYING the food you are eating.
All meals will have a macro-nutrient breakdown but food specifics is what we detail and encourage.
Meals will be directed toward you personally and worked on as time goes to ensure this plan is YOUR PLAN not mine. We will make it realistic to both you and directed toward your goals.
Remember this is about you, we can’t start you on someone else’s ideal plan, only work you toward yours from your position today. This will give you the most effective short and long term results.
02 — Support & Accountability
Ongoing support throughout each week via both email and social media. For this you will be able to contact your coach directly at anytime of the day for tips or advice while on the run in your own busy lifestyle.
Strong communication to make sure you’re sticking to and enjoying your plan. This is however two way and so a team effort in both request/response is going to get our best attention and best results. We will answer every update and message through email/social media, we only ask you do the same so as to both work toward best progress effectively and with a direct (not automated) approach.
Weekly updates to your plan as you check in as well as training recommendation and advice to further advance your progress.
03 — Results
Our results are guaranteed, we want you to succeed in your goals and show you how simple progress can be achieved. This does rely on you and your efforts in return for our tools and knowledge but everyone can move forward regardless of level and we will be showing you how to step that level up with us and long after we are gone.
Give us two weeks of 100% commitment and honesty and we will give you a lifetime of results.
04 — Pricing
Starting at $25.00 per week + a $375 Sign Up Fee (starting)
8 weeks minimum signup. Following 8 weeks the plan will continue but you may sign off at any time with no further fees. Continuing further than 8 weeks is an open weekly plan/fortnightly based plan.
